Shipping policy
Delivery Information
STANDARD SHIPPING
Currently, Shipping is available all over in Indian states ( Expect Mizoram, Tripura, Manipur and Nagaland ) . Chocolates and Dates items are delivery only in south Indian States . We are operating from Monday to Saturday.
We will execute all the orders received till 1 pm on Same day and any order received after that will be considered as next day order and will be executed accordingly. Orders will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days in Kerala, 3 to 5 working days in a southern state, and 6 to 8 days in other states. You may be excited to receive your order as fast as possible, but in some cases, it may suffer delays beyond our control.

shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout point basis on product type, weight, and shipping location
FAST DELIVERY

FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping will be available for those who have coupon code with orders valued above 1000 rupees for delivering in Kerala state orders except for food products. It will be stated at the checkout point. Order value will calculated basis on the final amount after the promotion/voucher code is applied.
DELIVERY
Orders will be shipped to the registered address of the buyer given at the time of placing an order. Mallucart.com is responsible for the item’s damage caused during the transit of the item to claim the same we would like get box opening video of delivered item within 24 hours of delivery , AWB should be clearly readable in video. Shipping charges may vary from time to time and will be communicated with customers before shipping the product.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once we receive an order from your end, we will send a confirmation E-mail / Message to your registered / (Given E-mail / Mobile number mentioned while placing an order through Mallucart.com). A confirmation message does not stand for order delivery confirmation. Maximum Within 48 hours (in working days) of your order confirmation we will send as shipping confirmation email / SMS (Given E-mail / Mobile number mentioned while placing an order ) . if any out-of-stock case arises the same will be informed through Email/ SMS and refund methods and details of your order will be communicated through WhatsApp number given while you placing order at Mallucart.com. If we failed to deliver the ordered item for prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to your accounts or cards as soon as possible.
